Adult Cerebral Palsy Treatment and Efficacy

I'd like to know if anyone has had results in treating adults with

Cerebral Palsy and if so what type of results? Meaning maintaince level

or alleviation of pain, muscle spasticity, urinary hesitancy,

incomplete emptying of the bladder, balance problems etc. I'd be very

interested in knowing practitioners personal experience with this

disablity and treatment protocals used with success.
