Guest guest
A while back I looked into a product of a US company who claimed to be able to culture the cordyceps fungus commercially at a bulk price of about $75 / lb., with similar properties to the wildcrafted version. I must have misplaced this info. Does anyone know about such a product? Have experience with its use? ---Roger Wicke, PhD, TCM Clinical Herbalist contact: www.rmhiherbal.org/contact/ Rocky Mountain Herbal Institute, Hot Springs, Montana USA Clinical herbology training programs - www.rmhiherbal.org > " Tom Verhaeghe " <verhaeghe_tom >fake herbs > >An article about fake Chinese herbs in Hong Kong: > > " Chinese medicine fakes `pose big risk' " >http://www.thestandard.com.hk/news_detail >asp?pp_cat=11 & art_id=3061 & sid=4927425 & con_type=1 > >There's indeed lots of dong chong xia cao fakes on sale in China. >We can only hope that Western herb importers rigourously test their batches. >Those tests are very expensive though - one wholesaler told me he spends 10 >000 EUR per month to have his granules tested (heavy metals, pesticides, >mold, authenticity,...)
