I have an interesting patient that seems to be coming along fine, but there

was an interesting component that I have not read about before. She gets

tidal fevers everyday (very severe) but only in the Autumn. hhhmmm.. Has

anyone come across any mention of this? Usually you read about fevers coming

out in the Spring. But I am sure it is out there somewhere, just haven't

seen it. anyone ?

Depending how this one turns out I might write it up, because it is quite

interesting.
