Hi Heiko,

when I was nursing here in UK we used to write up in the notes, the

commonly used abbreviation, NAD, meaning 'nothing abnormal detected'.

Chinese translation wu te shu

Hi Members

At the college here in NZ we must fill out all case forms completely for

government educational requirements. When making a comment about the

observation

of signs , sometimes and there is nothing to report what do you say? . In

Chinese they use the term wu te shu which means something like " nothing

special " or " no special signs noted " .

For example if the shen is normal we say wu te shu in Chinese. To use " not

applicable " is not correct in these circumstances.

I thought it might be " unremarkable "

any transaltions, suggestions or words/terminolgy use in US colleges

appreciated.

Thanks

Heiko Lade
