Pretty interesting to me. I've noticed that the Chinese do fall back on

rhymes and so forth quite often when trying to remember formula ingredients.

 

I've also overheard Korean herb classes singing little songs to remember

formula ingredients too. One of the songs was something really familiar such

as " Pop Goes the Weasel " or " Happy Birthday To You " .

 

I have two books of these and once thought of translating the smaller

> one...but thought who would use them?

 

 

Students make up probably the greatest financial opportunity for

translators, but only if the rhymes are relevant. If there are too many

references to things that aren't explained well or are just outside of our

experience, it may fall flat on its face.
