Guest guest
Hello all, I just got referred a patient who's been experiencing swelling/fluid accumulation around a breast implant. The implant itself is not leaking and there is no infection. Apparently there is little pain or redness. (I'm seeing her next week.) This seems like it could be fairly straightforward to treat, but I'm wondering if there are any special considerations, given that there is an implant present. Or just do my bian zheng and proceed as warranted? Anyone treated this condition before and have any pearls to impart? Many thanks--and Happy New Year, Sarah Rivkin saydit
