CHA post repletion syndrome

Would people please edit their posts in such a way as

to quote only the germane passages from prior

postings, and delete the rest? For those of us who

receive the digests it is annoying and time consuming

to have to scroll down through repetitious and

irrelevant material to find the next new post.
