granulated herbs and hit medicine (die da)

Has anyone here tried using granulated herbs for hit medicine formulas?

 

Because the herbs have already been extracted (and then granulated), I

would supposed that it is not necessary to use alcohol (vodka or

whatever) when mixing the granules into a liquid.

 

However, I imagine that vodka or something similar may be a better for

getting the herbs to absorb into the skin than would water, but I am

not certain.

 

Any comments or thoughts on this would be appreciated. This is part

of a pet project on which I am working, so any suggestions would be

good.
