Hi all,

I'm new to this group, and really enjoying the posts so far! I am looking for a

recommendation in Boston, MA. Its for my sister, she's a pretty skittish around

needles so

I'm mostly looking for a good herbalist, but if anyone knows someone who also

does gentle

needling, that would be good too. Thanks!

Koei Kuwahara at the Culia Ki Clinic:

25 Church St. Watertown MA 02472

Tel: 617-926-6986

Kuwahara Sensei is a master of a unique style of Japanese meridian therapy.

His needling technique is as gentle as possible (one of the reasons a large

portion of his clientele are children). I have studied with him and been

treated by him, both were treasured experiences.

If you can't get in to see him personally then I'm sure others at his clinic

will be very good, he has pretty strict standards of practice.

I forgot to mention, Koei specializes in acupuncture, you may want to look

elsewhere if you really want herbs. I highly recommend trying him though,

his use of moxa fills in many gaps that many believe to be possible only

through herbs.
