acupuncture and steroidal antiinflammatory drugs

Any opinions on the effectiveness of acupuncture in patients who are on

steroidal antiinflammatory drugs? This refers to orally administered drugs,

as well as epidural administration. I am under the impression that these

drugs can impair or block the effects of acupuncture.
