each other about certain events and items for sale. Please limit

announcements to no more than once per month. The following

categories are OK:

 

If you have written a book or publish a journal or newsletter (if a

newsletter or online journal, please only send the link, not the

If you have practice related products for sale, such as furniture,

medical supplies, computers, complete pharmacies, etc.

 

If you import or produce a professional level herbal product (this

excludes items that are multi-level marketed or for direct sales to

the public)

 

If you offer a professional level service that is not multi-level

marketed (such as legal, insurance, business coaching, etc.)

 

If you are selling a practice

 

If you are giving a workshop, conference or other professional event

It is permissible to set the system to notify the group once well in

advance and one more time shortly before the event starts (or the

registration period ends)

I'll be bringing a fair quantity of red and white ginseng from China

to America in the near future. I buy it China through a high-level

connection that supplies hospitals and wholesalers, so the price is

far below the Western market price. I have several different grades.

I need to clarify something regarding solicitations. If you are a

practitioner member who is a regular contributor and also happens to

import or produce a professional level herbal product or you are

giving a workshop, conference or other professional event, feel free

to make an announcement. Companies that attempt to use the group

solely for free advertising are not permitted.

Thanks for clarifing the solicitations issue. I have 2 herbal products which I

wanted to let the group know about. I use a lot of gui pi tang and xiao yao in

clinic , however I was getting a lot of patient compliants about the pill size

(too large) and the number of pills they were taking. I contacted a

pharmaceutical manufacture in China PharmUn Co. and had them produce 5000

tablets of each of the formulas at a 5:1 concentration. Each tablet is 400 mg.

They are bottled in 100 tabs and 200 tabs. Price is $6.40 for the 100 and $12.00

for the 200, shipping is additional . My patients like the new smaller size and

are more complient.
