Those with wide swings in blood glucose are prone to Jeckyl & Hyde mood swings also The B Vits are: B1-Thiamin; B2-Riboflavin; B3-Niacin (nicotinic acid & nicotinamide); B4-Choline, Adenine; B5-Pantothenic acid; B6- Pyridoxine; B7-Biotin; B8-Inositol, Adenylic Acid, Ergadenylic Acid; B9- Folic Acid; B10-Factor R, pteroylmonoglutamic acid mixed w other B vits; B11-Factor S; B12-Cobalamin, Cyanocobalamin Some B vitamins, including B1, B3, B6 and B12 have potent effects on blood glucose metabolism and cellular uptake/metabolism of glucose. Could it be that pulsed doses of B Vits could cause sudden hypoglycaemia, resulting in aggression? Would a glucose supplement (glucose sweet / tablet) at the same time as the B Vits alleviate that effect? Best regards,
