Guest guest Posted May 7, 2006 Report Share Posted May 7, 2006 I need advise for a female patient,age 72,with severe urge incontinence.There is an history of LBP and 35 years ago a surgery in L4-L5-Ant.Colporrhaphy and in 95 a surgery for fissure that damaged the nerves and affected the anal sphincter control. Other symptoms:severe cramps in gastrocnemius muscles,and sciatic pain agravated by cold and humidity. tongue:narrow,pale,thin fur pulse:weak in the surface,strong at deep level,slighty fast She is a very agitated person,poor sleeping treated with vaben,sleeping pills and clonex for these aspects.
