Guest guest
The multi level marketing people started hawking Morinda citrifolia (noni) a few years ago. The fruit and leaves are used by native Hawaiians for a wide range of ailments. In Chinese medicine, the root of a Morinda species is used (Ba Ji Tian). Ayurveda uses at least four species of Morinda, including M. citrifolia. The multilevel B.S. artists based their marketing campaign on Tahitian Noni, which shares the same cultural uses as the Hawaiian tradition. As in the current marketing fervor for Gou Qi Zi, MLM people exaggerate the benefits and increase the price of whatever it is that they are trying to sell. - Bill Schoenbart ..................................... A friend forwarded me information about a contact for obtaining it, and I looked it up on the web, but I don't understand in TCM terms what it does and how it works. It's being touted now as one of these new miracle herbs. Thanks for your help, >>>>
