Herb Of The Month - Cinnamon - Varieties. Plus Belated Introduction

Dear all,

 

I should've introduced myself a week ago when I first joined. But I was

taken offline but the God of Broken Notebooks. My name is Nika, I

live part-time in Moscow, Russia and part-time in Nevada City, CA, but

currently in Moscow. I've been in love with essential oils for the last

10 years and have been learning to use them (on and off) for most of

this time. I am looking forward to all the wonderful sharing and

friendship, and all the great info on this list. I know I will be asking

a lot of questions, so please bear with me!

 

Since I also LOVE to cook, I thought the post about cinnamon was simply

great. Among other things it says: " These highly-contentious

issues are not actually relevant to the subject of the Cooks' List " . If

it's not a big secret, what list is that?
