help with spoiled cheese making project

ok.....darn it - I'm sittin here grumbling....I followed the recipe to a

tee...and all I got was hot milk :-)

 

any of you cheese gals know how to salvadge this recipe??

 

it said:

 

With Frequent stirring, heat one gallon of milk to 185 deg (did it)

add 1/4 cup vinegar, stir briefly (check)

after 10 mins, straing thru cheescloth-lined colander.....HELP

 

waited the perfect 10 mins, poured into above....and got nothing but a bowl

full of HOT MILK

 

can I redo the recipe or anyone know how to make my hot milk into yogurt or

cheese at this point???

what said that ? When I used to make yogurt, it took over night to make and

cheese took much longer
