Guest guest
Hi Butch, I have always known you to take oregano oil for all kinds of ailments. I am a bit confused about what you wrote. Are you suggesting that ingesting oregano oil may not really be beneficial because of stomach acids? I know that I have questioned myself about the effectiveness. Just because it kills everything in a dish doesn't mean that if you swallow it, that it will do the same in your body. Are you changing your view point, or do you feel that sniffing is just as effective, so why ingest it? I am just curious..... Thanks! Laura > I hear you .. same for me.
