Dear Members,

You mentioned Rosemary EO a while back (I am on Digest and don't get

as much time to my computer as I would like) and I thoroughly enjoyed

all the uses given.

I make Rosemary Tinctures and add one dropperful plus 1/2 teaspoon of

Vitamin C to a glass of pure water and drink it in the morning.

This is the best anti-oxidant and brain stimulant that you can find.....

far cheaper and easier and purer than buying store made

anti-oxidants.........Herbally yours Penny (potty over Rosemary)
