There is an incredible maker of handmade Pyrex essential oil stills

(it really is the BEST still out there)! They already offer great

pricing for a great product. However, I'm wanting to purchase

another still from them, so I approached the owners to see if they

would offer a further discount ... and I also asked if they would

allow me to open the discount price to others. They came up with a

very generous, one-time special price for us. Before I go on, you can

see the still and learn more about it at:

http://www.heartmagic.com/EssentialDistiller.html#here

The cost of the still is normally $399., with $22 . shipping (which

is exactly what I paid for my first still & if you've priced stills,

this is a steal to start with). Our one-time special cost is only

$325., AND they will include *free* shipping! The free shipping offer

is for the lower 48 states only (just in case you moved from

AZ :) ... they will provide a shipping quote if you are outside of

this area (it will still be discounted, but not free).

I've performed essential oil distillation for over 20 years and will

say that this still is truly the easiest I've ever used ... and

what's especially nice is that it takes up a minimal amount of space!

This still takes just a small amount of counter space to set up,

while a metal still takes 3 to 4 feet of space. Also, metal stills

begin to look so grungy after only a bit of use and I found I was

always trying to hide the whole contraption (plus, most stills cost

in the $1000's) ... the glass still will look brand new, no matter

how old it is! It's also a TON of fun to get to see the distillation

process in action (since it's glass, you have a bird's eye view into

the entire process) ... this is great for teaching how EO's are made

and it really holds the attention of children!

Cleaning this glass still is a breeze! The loading holes are larger

than they look in the website photo, and there is a hole on top and

one on the bottom ... so you simply use a dowel (or the like) and the

used material exits very quickly and easily (I've never found this

frustrating or a problem). The Pyrex glass is totally dishwasher

safe, so this is your first option of cleaning (of course, this is

after the solid material is removed). A cleaning brush (used to

clean glasses) fits into the flasks, so cleaning this way is also

quick and easy. I normally use salt for a quick and easy

cleaning ... you just pour some sea salt in the flask, add a couple

of drops of soap and some water, swirl it around, rinse and you're

done. To avoid using soap (which I do), you can use this same method

with Everclear vodka (or a like proof grain alcohol) and salt ... the

Everclear is natural, but at 180 proof it dissolves oils in an

instant and the salt acts as a scrub brush (it's a lab trick I

learned in school, though the alcohol we used was *not* natural ...

didn't really matter, since the chemicals we worked with weren't

either :o) Any mineral deposits that build up in the boiling flask

are easily dealt with by soaking the flask in vinegar ... can't do

that with copper (again, vinegar and salt make quick work of this).

Since the water jacket works with pure distillation, it needs no

cleaning and simply needs to dry. Much easier than a metal still!

Every still is handmade by Gary and his wife Tam. They are so

customer oriented and wonderful about making sure your experience

with their stills is a GREAT one. They are so sweet and have placed

no minimum order on this sale, so that no one has to be disappointed

if the minimum isn't met. We have one week to place orders and then

the stills will ship next Wednesday/Thursday (Feb 15/16). Payment

will go directly to Gary and Tam and they will ship each still

directly to the person ordering - I'm telling you, they are so

considerate and wonderful to buy from! There are 3 payment options:

1) PayPal, 2) Order using Visa or MasterCard through their secure

server and 3) Snail-Mail a money order payment.

If you would like to purchase a still, please email me at:

bnatural and I will send all of the information you need to

place your order with Gary & Tam. Also, if you have further

questions, please don't hesitate to ask!!

Have a wonderful day!

Tamara :o)
