Thank you Gayla! It seems that the oil of choice to infuse is olive...so that's

what I'm going to use first...until I get the knack of infusing! Good tip on

the Vit E too...

Olive oil is inexpensive, readily available and makes good salad dressing

too LOL

Vitamin E is not a preservative

I rarely use olive oil any more - too expensive here. The price is about double

what it was a year ago. Now I use rice bran oil instead

I'll have to check out rice bran oil. I buy organic cold pressed olive oil

directly from the farmer. One of my happy contacts that I have made over the

years.
