Let me just give you an example of too much fluoride will do. He says that the fluoride strenghtens the outer dent of the tooth. You can get a pin hole cavity, virtually invisible to most peoples eyes and if you open the tooth up a little bit, you see this huge cavity inside eating away at the tooth. Then if you have to pull that tooth it shatters because the flouride makes it so brittle. Oh and of course he says to tell everyone to NOT USE BLEACHING PRODUCTS ON YOUR TEETH. There is nothing that bleach strenghens and this includes teeth. We just like to share insights to give you knowledge and knowledge leads to freedom.
