Guest guest
I fully agree with the way Black Spruce can restore energy during recuperation. A few years ago I had pneumonia (BAD case of it, a week in the hospital) and couldn't get my strength back later. I also CRAVED black spruce. could not get enough of it by inhalation. I do NOT remember whether I started taking the hydrosol (hydrolat;) internally, or but some black spruce eo in honey and used that in tea, etc. but in about 4 days I was more or less back to normal, and the craving for Black Spruce was gone. It's still one of my favorite oils. the ultimate de-stressor... takes me up to the top of the mountain and leaves all the trouble down below.
