Sale: Rose Otto, Turkish (Rosa damascena) - Distillation Year 2005

Hi y'all,

 

I mentioned on this list .. on 19 February 2006 .. that I might soon

have access to three more kilos of Turkish Rose Otto (Rosa damascena) ..

well .. I got TWO of those kilos. ;-)

 

An European perfume company sold out to a larger company and didn't take

delivery on this 3 kilos. I put in a bid and got it 2 .. a high bidder

took one kilo. This is 2005 crop so it will be very mellow.

 

The largest size I will sell is 100 grams.

 

Some folks will ask .. how many milliliters is this. Lemme sorta break

it down for you. If we are dealing with Pure Water .. the answer is:

 

Fluid ounces is a volume - 1 fluid oz = 29.573 ml

Avoir ounces is a weight - 1 Avoir oz = 28.35 grams

 

But essential oils are generally lighter than water .. so you get more.

 

One Avoir pound (16 oz) of Rose Otto = approximately 18.8 fluid ounces.

 

Prices are:

 

25 grams ....... $ 290.00

50 grams ....... $ 540.00

100 grams ....... $ 995.00

 

The above prices are FOB Maryland and do NOT include shipping/insurance

to the buyer's location. Orders from the USA will be sent via US Postal

Priority Mail .. insured .. with Return Receipt required. International

orders will be sent via Global Express Mail. As y'all also know .. we

charge only actual costs for shipping .. there is no profit made from

shipping on ANY ORDER from my company .. and there are no Mickey Mouse

handling charges.

 

Those who wish to order will pay 50% in advance and the remaining 50% at

the time the Rose Otto is shipped to you .. no exceptions on this.

 

Payment can be made via Check, Money Order, Pay Pal or Credit Cards. We

take ALL Credit Cards except American Express.

 

The producer is willing to hold these two kilos of Rose Otto for me

until Monday, 6 March 2006. On that day, he will deliver that which I

pay for and sell the remainder to the second highest bidder.

 

I am also notifying all of my customers off line .. so if you get a post

from me and you have already read this information on Oils & Herbs .. I

apologize in advance for the double whammy .. but I cannot know who all

of the folks are on this list. I do know that I will get many dozens of

requests for bulk Rose Otto after this sale is closed .. it happened

after the last sale and it will happen after this sale. If you want Rose

Otto .. order it now!

 

I MUST Close this sale at Sunday night (midnight) on 5 March 2006.
