what she has is Lymphoedema

first of all. there is a manual process called " the Vodder Method "

it's a long, involved process involving a very specific type of lymphatic

drainage massage by both a physical therapist and self treatment, coupled

with wrapping the affected limb ... not a fun thing to go through.

But it works.

also.. there is an essential oil called Cistus... Cistus ladanifer - steam

distilled from the Rock Rose. akin to labdanum absolute, but you want the

essential oil

what cistus does is move fluid.

the vodder technique lymphatic drainage is done without a massage oil, on

dry skin. in between, I would use diluted cistus.

We had a friend who was in hospice. her lymph nodes had been removed as

part of a radical. her forearm was larger than my thigh. Two truly

magical energy workers were going to work on her... I came and brought my

diluted cistus.

the swelling gradually, over a period of days, went down. it was... amazing.

I don't know if it would help your friend... because far more than the

effects of the cistus were involved. But I've had folks report success

with lymphoedema, and I've had them report success with swollen lymph

glands... so. ... if it were my lymphedema, today, I would use it.
