Hi Sandi,

I saw your post about your mom's swelling. I have personally seen Dead Sea

mud wraps reduce swelling on my clients - like an inch and a half in one

arm! Another lady had a seriously swollen foot - to the point she could not

buckle her shoe. I did a mud wrap on her feet and when she was done, she

buckled her shoes and walked out of the salon without a limp! Blew all of us

away!

The other suggestion about lymphatic drainage is a great idea as well. You

could incorporate both a massage and mud wrap for even better results. The

mud wrap isn't difficult to do - just gets a little messy. Since she's

swollen, I would recommend refrigerating the mud for several hours before

application. You can blend in your favorite essential oils for a true spa

experience. Once the mud has completely dried, wrap the area with plastic

wrap and place cool towels around the arm and have her relax for about 30-45

minutes. Then wash off the mud in the shower of a sink. Rinse with cool

water. Pat dry and apply a nice mineral cream or lotion. The Dead Sea mud

will detoxify the pores and does aid in the reduction of swelling as well as

numerous other benefits! Makes a fabulous facial & hair mask, too! :o)

HTH!

God Bless,
