Guest guest
The latest Consumer Health Digest email from Quackwatch says: In October 2005, Gary Young announced that he was moving his clinic from Springville, Utah to Ecuador where the " constitution promotes and supports natural and traditional medicine. " http://www.ncahf.org/digest06/06-12.html So sad. (NOT!) Guest guest
Hey Mel! <waves> You know, I've noticed alot of controversy with Young Living Oils. I personally have only one experience with YL. I met a woman who had gone to Canada to get liscensed as a Clinical Aromatherapist. She was extremely educated, and took her role as a mentor to people interested in Aromatherapy very seriously. What was interesting was when I signed up for her classes, she used YL oils. I bought a kit through her, and kept it in a cool dry place. I pulled it yesterday and at least half of the oils that had been completely full had completely evaporated. I'm not sure if it was because I've had it a couple of years, or if maybe it wasn't cool enough in my closet. But that's the only reference I have for that company. I've heard alot of posiitve things about some of their products, and then I meet people who are on the other side of the stick. As a Aromatherapist, how do most of you determine the quality of an EO? Since I'm getting back into it, I found out that the two old suppliers I had used previously have closed doors. And since I own my own company, I'd want someone who could provide me with Wholesale pricing. I guess what I'm asking is, how do you " truly " know the quality of the oil??? I also want to say that I'm not trying to start any uproars on YL or upset anyone, just thought it was a good topic and would like to learn more. ) Much love, the other Melissa. Guest guest
Love their spin... Fact, one of their nurses got busted for practicing medicine without a license AND their insurance carrier took a look at what was going on and refused to re-insure them... It would have had to all come out of CultMan's pocket, so he's upping stakes to once again go somewhere where he do his thing to more innocent folk.
