Guest guest
I have no problem breathing.. and I breathe correctly as I am a trained Singer, and Actor.. I can hold a note for a minute plus if needed. Even when pregnant.. I do meditation and pranic breathing, Yoga and pilates, as well as energy work. And I know That had nothing to do with my depression.. I don't deny It could be a sign of incorrect breathing... but I doubt it as the Oxygen level in my blood was and is better than average as stated by my blood tests when pregnant. Depression can also be a lack of B Vitamins... Or lack of sunshine... IE vitamin D. And it can be as serious as a Kidney infection.. because when you are sick you are more likely to get depressed, and when you're pregnant sometimes the body sees the Baby as something to get rid of... And unfortunately that is not a problem with Breathing it's call RH factor, and most women get a shot during a pregnancy to combat that... But for most part Aphasia comes from the heightened amount of hormones that screw with your brain because during pregnancy your body goes through a lot of stress and it puts you in to Fight or flight mode, and being in that mode 24/7 can cause anyone to be depressed, you stay up for 24/7 and see if you're in a good mood and can function.(when you are pregnant you don't sleep as well as you do when you're not, or at least I didn't) Although I understand that Aphasia can come from your brain swelling, and from repetitive concussions..... so breathing may be part of it, but it can also be other things. Until you know the persons history you cannot diagnose them.. You have to know What has happened to them in order to get a clue about what is wrong with them. I've had multiple concussions, and I now take water pills because of the water retention in my body which by the way is not some kidney failure, it's genetic.. I can retain water like a camel.. and yes I've tried breathing and exercise to keep me from retaining water and I drink about a gallon a day so I shouldn't retain water like that but I do...
