Any advice? I have two cats and two dogs...all fairly elderly. I have always diffused oils in my house, but I also make sure that they are free to go to the far end of the house. I'd never diffuse our oils in a small, closed room when my furkids can't leave if they choose. at one time I had four cats (far too many, but two weren't mine...they came with someone else and stayed.) at that time, we ran the business out of my house... and one of the cats, the biggest, gave us a constant challenge...he didn't want to be OUT of the room we poured oils in. open the door and he'd scoot back in... he loved them. the others avoided that room. birds I'd be even more cautious with... they are far more sensitive.
