I think he is just another misinformed soul trying to make a buck in the

industry .. he comes across as if he has found the Holy Grail and is now

offering it for a great price.

There are advantages .. and disadvantages to that. Depends on how one

might want to use the info.

Naaa .. not really. I'm an ex-cop so I don't wonder about such things.

But odds are we might hear some complaints from those who thought .. or

maybe wished .. their info was secure. ;-)

 

Least ways to date we've not had a requirement to register with local

area wardens and such .. like is the case in most countries of the

world. In those cases you even have to advise when you move and such.
