Welcome .. been a long time .. at least 3 years since I've seen a post

from you. :-)

Y'all .. Stephanie used to be active on a list that is no longer alive

now .. the IDMA list.

There are many positive effects to be obtained from inhalation of EO ..

physiological, psychological and emotional .. and in some cases it hard

to determine which effect resulted in the other .. like the chicken or

the egg. ;-)

I believe you will hear from some folks .. but it would be nice if they

would post to the list so others can benefit from the knowledge.

A nice site .. and again .. welcome to Oils & Herbs. You will find that

its a lot different than was IDMA .. Oils & Herbs is not a battle ground

and the members are not combative.
