easier and faster... Because a lot of us offer 10% dilutions, and it is

possible for a vendor to ship the wrong bottle by accident...

 

put a drop on a tissue... there is a huge difference between the spot an EO

makes, that evaporates rapidly, and the ring a carrier oil will leave.
