Eucalyptus/Oregano - Sniff Away

Your friend is misinformed .. its as simple as that. Where she got the

" might " part is probably where the misinformation originated.

 

Actually, its a purty danged good combo you are using.

 

However, I would not sniff the Eucalyptus (globulus or smithii) as often

as I did the Origanum .. nor would I do it the same way. I'd put a drop

or three of Eucalyptus in a cuppa warm water .. clasp my hands around it

and sniff for a while .. maybe 2-3 times a day but odds are you would

not need it that often. As for the Origanum .. when I am coming down

with a Big Bad Bug .. I keep a cloth with a few drops of it near by and

sniff it every few minutes .. for hours. ;-) Normally, it will kick

the Big Bad Bugs in the Butt .. and as you know, the Eucalyptus is more

inclined to get rid of the symptoms .. the stuffiness, etc.
