lip balm tube shrink wrap request

I AM SO SICK OF TRYING TO ORDER SOMETHING SMALL LIKE 200 LIP BALM TUBE

SHRINK WRAPS, AND SHIPPING IS AS MUCH (or more) AS THE WRAPS!!!

 

Sorry. So frustrating. All I want is a couple hundred shrink wraps. Stick

'em in a small bubble envelope, they should be able to ship USPS for 3 bucks

or so.

 

So.....does ANYone know ( or have have to sell ) lip balm tube shrink wrap,

and be willing to not charge an arm and a leg to ship?

 

I prefer the kind that perforate at the cap to protect label, but am

desperate and will settle for anything right now.
