She's been here since the day after Alexander was born and we will all

miss her .. a sweet lady and a great help she has been. :-)

=====Wow, a new baby and a good mil. Congratulations! I've been married

twice and both were bad and the second one was worse than the first -- my

husband doesn't even visit her anymore. That's sad, but necessary for his

own good mental health. You're a lucky man!

That's it .. I'm on a hill overlooking the capital city of Ankara.

I'm heading out the door in a couple of hours to take Babushka (Grandma)

to Istanbul .. get her on a plane to Moscow .. she'll then catch another

flight to her home in Magnitogorsk. She speaks no Turkish so I'm gonna

escort her to Aeroflot and she'll be OK from there on.
