Guest guest
Well, they finally discontinued that terrible chat feature, so now we are compelled to figure out what we'd like to switch to using, which will work better I am sure, and I was just too busy to work on it .... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Here is 's suggestion: We're sorry, Chat is not available within . Chat <http://help./help/us/groups/chat> Help To continue chatting with your group, please consider using Messenger. It's easy to have a conversation with multiple people when you use Conference in Messenger. Communicate via text in one window, or share your webcam with several people at once. I tend to like IM better than AOL's (even the newest version of AIM Triton)- probably cause I can use more silly emoticons in *lol* *Smile* Chris (list mom) DEET FREE Don't Bug Me Blend Contains Catnip Essential Oil http://www.alittleolfactory.com/blends.htm http://www.alittleolfactory.com/catnip.html <http://www.alittleolfactory.com/>
Guest guest
A long time ago, my rubberstamping friends and I used to use something called PAL (by Excite) for group chatting. Worked pretty well as I recall. The reason we stopped using it was because our group leader got her own website with a chat feature so we didn't need PAL anymore. I'm not sure if it still exists, but it's probably worth at least giving a look to. Guest guest
Hm. Well, never mind PAL... it seems Excite discontinued their chat feature last year. I seem to remember something called ICQ that some folks used. I never used it, tho', because I got AOL Instant Messenger and then they added the group chat feature.
