I saw the doctor about my infected incision.

I saw my OB/GYN about my infected incision and he said to keep on

using the hydrogen peroxide and neosporin and prescribed an

antibiotic for skin infections. He said all of the biopsies came

back negative but that I really needed the hysterectom. When he

went in he found not only did I have adenomyosis but also

endometriosis (Big surprise there, no infertility problems at all, 3

kids 14 months apart.), ovarian cysts, fibroids, and the uterus was

extremely swollen. I think it was the best thing I could have

done. I go back in 2 weeks for him to check on how I am healing

internally.

 

Paula, I am so sorry about your daughter's infection. She and your

whole family are in my prayers.

 

I had a good experience this week. My husband has a fungal

infection I guess that he got in Laos many, many years ago and he

has it several places on his body including his face. I mixed up

some tea tree oil (very, very, little) and emu oil and he tried it.

He is amazed, by morning it was much better and he is using it

daily. We are also using it on our toe nails to see if over time it

will help with nail fungus. It felt really good to create something

that helped someone.

thank you. Took her kids to school this morning and have been sitting next to

the phone waiting to hear if the results from last night's tests are back and if

she's coming home today. Of course, when you're waiting for a call, the phone

doesn't stop ringing and it's never the call you're waiting for ! I've called

her room twice and didn't get an answer
