Guest guest
WAAAAAHHHHH - I want ALL the Rose Otto in Turkey - but alas that golden beam from the gods of the powerball lottery has not to date shined upon me, so I have to be reasonable in fulfilling my rosy desires *lol* I tell ya folks, this is a deal you won't want to miss! Its the most fantastic stuff, it improves with age and its not ever going to get less expensive! *Smile* Chris (list mom) <http://www.alittleolfactory.com/> http://www.alittleolfactory.com Butch Owen Hi y'all, This Sale ABSOLUTELY closes out at Midnight this Sunday, 21 May 06. On Monday, 22 May, I will make the order and the distillers will begin pouring .. the Rose Otto will be shipped from Turkey to my company in Maryland that week .. it should make it through US Customs and arrive at my company so that it can be shipped out to buyers a week from then. I have access to ONE more kilo (1,000 grams) of Turkish Rose Otto (Rosa damascena) .. 2005 crop. As of today .. 200 of that 1,000 grams is sold .. just 800 grams remain. This is why I am posting the sale now .. my fixed costs for export from Turkey are the same regardless of how much I export. There will be no more sales on 2005 Turkish Rose Otto! I have a nice stash in Maryland but it will only be offered at Retail prices. The 2006 harvest/distillation began yesterday. This is early and there is not a lot of Roses at this time .. we hope the weather will stay dry and warm for the next 3-4 weeks. I will make my annual trip to the Rose Fields of Isparta toward the end of this month. At that time I will wheel and deal and negotiate for a supply of Rose Hydrosol. As you know, last year I was able to get NONE. I am told that I will get some this year but they will not commit to any fixed amount. The days of me purchasing 3 tons and such are history .. the Rose Growers Association opened many retail shops throughout Turkey and are selling various Rose base products, including Rose Hydrosol .. in 1 liter bottles. Odds are great the new crop (2006) of Rose Otto will be higher in cost but that will not be certain until mid June .. at that time the Co-Op and the Turkish government will make a decision .. collective bargaining with the Rose farmers is a major factor in pricing the end product. As you know, the 2005 crop is more mellow because it is aged. Investing in Rose Otto is a lot like investing in Sandalwood .. one can not lose money. Five years ago a lady in New England purchased two each one kilo cans of Mysore Sandalwood for her two grandsons .. she has them stashed in a bank deposit box. She paid far less than it costs now but the most important thing is .. it gains in value with each passing day. The largest size I will sell is 100 grams. Prices are: 25 grams ....... $ 298.98 50 grams ....... $ 569.98 100 grams ....... $ 998.98 The above prices are FOB Maryland and do NOT include shipping/insurance to the buyer's location. Orders from the USA will be sent via US Postal Priority Mail .. insured and with Signature required. International orders will be sent via Global Express Mail. As y'all also know .. we charge only actual costs for shipping .. there is no profit made from shipping ANY ORDERS from my company .. and there are no Mickey Mouse handling charges. As in the past .. those who wish to order will pay 50% in advance and the remaining 50% at the time the Rose Otto is shipped to you .. no exceptions to this. Payment can be made via Check, Money Order, Pay Pal or Credit Cards. We take ALL Credit Cards except American Express. My Secure Server is at URL https://plus36.safe-order.net/av-at/securepay.shtml Pay Pal payment can be made to AnatolianTreasures You can contact me off line for more details or purchase procedures or address for checks or money orders. I made some soap for my daughter, Rose, using a little Attar of Rose from Oshadhi. It was the most expensive and the most wonderful soap I ever made! _____ -- Version: 7.1.392 / Virus Database: 268.6.0/342 - Release 5/17/2006 -- Version: 7.1.392 / Virus Database: 268.6.1/343 - Release 5/18/2006
Guest guest
Is turkish rose otto similar to bulgarian rose otto? I have the Bulgarian, but I am almost out. I would like to purchase some, but I am not familiar with it. Thanks Jacque > This Sale ABSOLUTELY closes out at Midnight this Sunday, 21 May 06. >
