Hi I am new

Hi I am new have been reading post maybe two weeks, and it is really

busy time for me as I do farmers market. I went to a really big green

house today and found more herbs, I am really wanting to get into this

and find out all I can about them and use them and teach people about

them and to use them. Any way I picked up lemon balm, grapefruit mint,

orange mint, differnt thymes, more stevia, goosh I can't even remember

all of them right now. I do have many other herbs already, I am wanting

to try some of them in jelly as I have with the chocolate mint. I am

going to make pineapple mint jelly hopefully tommrow, You should of

seen some people's faces sat. at market, it was raining and people

where in a hurry but a few did sample, but some just looked at me if I

was crazy, but I did sell a jar, and am going to try again next week.

We so do need the rain here in Nebr. we live in the North east area,

close to the Iowa and south Dakota states. Hopefully this week, I have

a darn rabbit eating some of my garden I did buy some blood meal and

sprinkled it along and on my plants, and other ideas, we are trying to

catch them. Well better go, love the group, and ideas about the mints
