Hi Nancy,

Thankee ma'am .. I expect it will go well. We were facing a real Catch

22 .. just being able to file is a bonus cause they require the Passport

to have 8 months remaining till expiration but Tanya's has only 6 .. and

she can't get a new one without going back to Russia cause her name is

different now .. and since Alexander got his American Passport at birth

he would need a Russian visa .. which is only good for 60 days .. and it

would take a bit longer than 60 days to get the new passport for Tanya -

plus we were not about to take Alexander to Russia at this age anyway

due to exposure to possible bugs he might not deal with well. That is

what is called a Classic Catch 22. ;-)

But I put in a request for waiver and the American Embassy gave me

approval same day .. so I reckon we're on the road. :-P

Y'all have a good one .. and keep smiling. :-)

Hi Butch,

You sure do have the Red Tape to go through.

Know you will get it all done.
