Take as much as you can for relief until you get the " runs " (a side effect of excess Mg.) See, Ca causes muscles to contract, Mg blocks that action, causes them to relax. Not to say you shouldn't take Ca supplements, just take the Mg separate from that for RLS purposes. Take 600 mg MgCitrate four times a day to see your tolerance level. Take two of those in the evening, maybe one at 8 pm, one close to your bedtime. Mg is sorely lacking in our modern diet, and you will see replenishing it can help many complaints you may have, other than RLS. http://artisannaturalperfumers.com The Artisan Natural Perfumers Guild http://naturalperfumery.com The premier site on Natural Perfume Biggest, most dynamic natural perfumery discussion group
