Guest guest
Does anyone else on the list get irritated in the grocery store with those " wonderful " produce section irrigation/misting systems that leave the vegetables your trying to buy soaking wet?! It never seems to fail to spit out water just when I'm trying to buy something! I always end up wet trying to shake the excess water out of the parsley and cilantro for an example before I dump them in the plastic bag and take them home. Hopefully, I remember to let then sit out at home and dry out alittle so they don't rot from too much moisture. Ever try to snip and chop wet cilantro and parsley leaves? Don't work too well! Guest guest
it used to irritate me until I took a good look at the produce in a store that doesn't have them - yuck ! I would much rather have fresher, wetter produce any day. When I bring fresh herbs in from the garden I have to rinse them so they are dripping wet when I'm ready to use them so I wrap them in a dish towel and let set for a few minutes/chop something else and when I get back to them, they are barely damp Paula .......... in Michigan I used to have super powers but my therapist took them away Does anyone else on the list get irritated in the grocery store with those " wonderful " produce section irrigation/misting systems that leave the vegetables your trying to buy soaking wet?!
