BY any means so id advise you to double check this out BUT it is MY

understanding that MSM is natural and its found in just about everything that

grows however it is washes away by cleaning, rains etc as its natural and

everyones body needs MSM id consider it safe HOWEVER i say again im BNOT a

medical person so id check with my health care person Leo

Hi!

I usually don't post much about any personal problems I have going on, but I

need some advice!

My 5 yr old has JRA and Anklosing Spondylitis.

Does anyone know if she is too young to use a cream made with MSM on? She's

currently going through a " flare " on her knee and the pain meds and

anti-inflammatories don't seem to be helping this time. :o((

I have a balm that I made for my husband that has menthol, black pepper EO

and emu oil in it, but again, don't know if maybe she's too young for that

either.

The rheumatologist told me not to put Icey-Hot or anything like that on her

because it's not the heat that she needs, it's the cold to help bring the

swelling down and " freeze " the pain a bit. The heat will only aggravate it.

She's been using her " woobey " and her gel pack, but...has any one ever tried

to keep a 5 yr old still for 20 mins at a time?!?! IT DOESN'T WORK!!!

Does anyone have any suggestions that I could try out?

Thanks so much!

huggs,

Michelle
