Our super-market carries a brand of beef from Australia called Free Range Beef. It has a richer taste than regular " USDA " beef, because all the cattle eat is grass. I don't know the exact company that markets it, but when I go food shopping later this week, I can get the info for you. HTH! )) Michelle P.S. it's also a LOT cheaper price wise than the USDA. I get NY strip steaks from them at $8 for 3 of them.
Guest guest
My family and I are interested in trying grass fed beef and milk to increase ourconjugated linoleic acid (CLA). I don't think organic automatically means grass fed but I am not sure. Is there some way I can find out who sells grass fed beef and milk locally? Thanks for your help.
