Guest guest Posted June 16, 2006 Report Share Posted June 16, 2006 I would like everyone to know that thanks to a list member I received an email from the President of Richters and he has promised to look into the problems with my order. He told me that a change in staff resulted in a back log of customer relations issues. So long as they handle this for me I will order from them again and I hope others will be willing to check them out as they do have a wonderful selection.
