I've had that happen twice. both first time customers, and we never heard a word from them. In one case, deliv. conf said it was delivered, in the second case, the USPS showed nothing, it was lost in space. I lost in both cases. Also in both cases, the customer said they had tried to work it out with the vendor. false...we had heard nothing. Then there was the time a package was returned to us " undeliverable as addressed " . We tried emailing the customer to get the correct address. Email bounced. no such address. We tried calling. Incorrect phone number. so it sat on the shelf for two months. Then the charge back came. My response was that we had done everything possible to contact the customer, and that we would have been willing to do a credit, minus the shipping, but that so much time had gone by we no longer had the credit card number. Still waiting to hear about this one, but I suspect we'll lose. ;( Over 10 years online supplying Aromatherapy and Healthcare Professionals Essential Oils, Hydrosols, Accessories, Hard to find Books and Videos <http://www.naturesgift.com>
Guest guest
That is terrible!! Although this has only happend to me once I completely understand where you are coming from. It really makes things difficult for online sellers. It seems as though we never win the dispute no matter how much proof we have. It's very sad that there are people in the world that acquire all of their extra goodies by ripping off retailers when others work very hard to earn a living and pay for their extras. Take care, Debbie
