Does anyone know of a good resource for determining what kind of reactions the

scents of herbs (no eo's added) can bring about? I'm wanting to make some dream

pillows and I was not sure if it would be best to follow the info about herbs or

what is written about the essential oils. Sure I could just follow a recipe,

but I don't have all of the common plants (mugwort, roses, hops) growing in my

yard yet and I wanted to try some of them to see what might happen. In

particular I'm curious about the Siberian Catnip, Russian Sage, and wormwoods.

Point me in a direction and I will be very greatful. Thanks!

Hi Kathryn,

The herbal guru in this department is Jim Long of Long Creek Farms. You can

order his books and kits to learn everything you ever wanted to know about

dream pillows at this page on his website

Thanks Marcia,

I actually have one of his books on order and in light of all the recent

debate in the group, I decided to expand my research. I e-mailed Jim Long and

he gave me some info into what he did for his research (great guy I suggest all

visit his sight and see his beautiful garden).

Thanks,

Kathryn
