Hi,

Was wondering if anyone could tell me the best oils to use to possibly

clear the lungs. I just had a rather large grease fire in the kitchen

that sent soot/smoke throughout the house. I stood outside while

waiting on the fire department but was in the house for a while before

and after. I feel fine, and am not coughing. My lungs do not feel

irritated. But just as a precautionary measure, was wondering if there

are essential oils that are good at clearing the lungs. My first

thought was eucalyptus or eucalyptus/tea tree, as when I have a cold

coming on, it knocks it right out and phlegm comes up like you wouldn't

believe!!

Does anyone have any suggestions?
