Guest guest
I know there are a few list owners here, so I was hoping someone could help me. I have a group and I want to send out a weekly file, but I can't seem to find the choices on how to do that. The most frequent it says on my list is every 2 weeks, and then you can't choose which day of the week. How does Chris (are you reading Chris, LOL?) send out the reminders for ad day, for instance? Thanks for any help you can offer! -- Debbie deb www.debrasrhapsody.com

Guest guest
Hi Debbie, Go into your group's calendar section, click " add event " , set your event and then it'll ask you if you how often you want this event repeated/announced. From there you can set it to announce weekly or daily, or whatever you need it to do I used to do it like Paula mentioned she does it - manually send out the notice, but I'm getting forgetful and stress out in my old age *lol*, so I use this method now ... *Smile* Chris (list mom - who in fact needs to take the time to set up some of the available automation options for other stuff in my existence too!) http://www.alittleolfactory.com Debra McDuffee I know there are a few list owners here, so I was hoping someone could help me. Guest guest
Thanks Paula and Chris! I tried to set it up with the calendar, and if for some reason that doesn't work, Paula's idea is on deck! :-) Christine Ziegler wrote: > Hi Debbie, > > Go into your group's calendar section, click " add event " , set your event > and then it'll ask you if you how often you want this event > repeated/announced.
