The Jasmine Floral Waxes (Grandi. & Sambac) are great for making soap

with! Using the wax in place of the absolute (or at least a percentage

of the absolute) cuts the price dramatically, but still imparts that

wonderful fragrance.

Using about 1 oz of Jasmine Floral Wax is equal to using about 1/2 oz of

the absolute.

I don't make an all Jasmine Soap, but use the wax as part of a more

complex scent blend.

I also have been using the wax to create blends for those other " scent

eating " items - such as candles!

[Dave:] I’ve been hearing about floral waxes, but I haven’t paid attention.

What are they, and how are they used?
