Guest guest
DWCP= I'm guessing it's discount water CP ITMOP - In The Mold Oven Process soap - you make your soaps you would for CP but put the soap filled wood mold in the oven at 200* for 2 hours, turn off the oven and allow the soap to slowly cool for another 8 - 10 hours solar soap is the same as ITMOP except you put your soap in the car early in the day and at night, you have soap I have never used a piece of PVC for a soap mold so I can't offer advice on that Paula .......... in Michigan I used to have super powers but my therapist took them away OK, I can't stand it anymore. What is DWCP soap? Some kind of cold process soap? What is oven soap? is it hot process soap? is there more than one kind?? Please, please, post a basic solar soap/ suv soap/ horse trailer soap recipe. or just a HP recipe and I can put it in the car to cure. Can you pour soap into a pvc pipe and cure it in the car? I'd like to have ..................

Can be 1 of 2 or 3 things. 1. It can be hot process in the mold soap.2 Cold process insulated and set in the oven to keep warm during the gel stage, or 3. Hot process in the pot. I don't know what dwcp soap is.. Unless it's drive way cold process soap.

Unless it's drive way cold process soap. Meaning you use your cp soap...recipe, and then put it in the car to insulate through the gel stage.. I would suggest any soap that you have the recipe for you can do in the car soap. Literally... I've had cp soap end up being " remilled " when sitting out in my car in the heat in a plastic bag In TX heat. (remilled) remelted turned into a liquid state, and then re hardened when removed from the car and set in a cold (75 degree) house. Any whoo. And there are many different types of ways of making soap. Heck I know one person who ended up using one of those electric roasters to do a couple of batches at one time. It just depends on what you want to use as the way to cook " it.. If you don't " cook " it after the initial trace that is cold process. I'd like to have some round soaps for gifting. Still hot here. We did a 'Boot Drive' here today. And it's just too plain ole darned hot to be standing in the middle of a intersection holding up a big heavy fireman's boot for donations. It was hot, the pavement was hot, the cars and trucks were hot. Exhaust fumes and then the smell from the " compost Pile " was enough to gag a maggot. I came home and showered. Felt better, then got to thinking about my nice smelling soap, and decided that I just cannot go another week without some of my very own homemade soap. So, come-on and share a very basic beginners recipe with me. And I promise that I will read directions first, before I charge off into soap making land.
